PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Some items may take up to 20 business days during high-demand periods or due to customs processing. We know that's longer than typical - it's how we're able to offer these prices, and we think it's worth the wait.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
